How does booking a safari with us work?
You send an enquiry, and we reply with a written proposal for your dates and group: the route, the camps and the price. Nothing is booked or paid until you accept it. Once you accept, we hold the camps, and your booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid and every camp has confirmed.
Booking a safari with us happens in clear steps, and you always know where you stand.
1. Tell us about your trip
Send an enquiry from any journey, use the planner, or simply tell us your dates and what you hope to see. Nothing is booked and nothing is paid at this stage.
2. Get a written proposal
We reply with a proposal for your group: the route day by day, the camps and the price. It arrives as a private link you can read, share with the people you travel with and print or save as a PDF.
3. Change anything
If something is not quite right, ask for changes from the proposal page, and we send you a new version.
4. Accept online
When you are happy, accept the proposal online. We then hold the camps for your dates. The proposal tells you the deposit and when the balance is due.
5. Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and every camp has confirmed your rooms. We email you as soon as it is.
6. Your trip page
Everything for your journey lives on a private trip page: your payments, the details we need for each traveller, your flights, your documents and a checklist for the weeks before you travel.
